TZB Engenharia e Consultoria is able to offer Project and Technical Consulting services through its Project Management Office (PMO) , in outsourcing or in company modalities. We work in the disciplines necessary to meet your project. We make the compatitibility among all projects”. We use the FEL methodology - Front-end Loading - or the methodology indicated by the Client.

TZB Engenharia prepares, monitors and manages projects, planning and controlling, including contingency actions, the preparation of periodical and daily reports of works. We offer project management expertise, using software such as Primavera and MS-Project .
